1. Curiosity Call
Book a call with me and we will get to know each other! We will discuss your needs and I’ll tell you about how I work. Through this conversation we’ll see if we are a good fit to work together.

2. Discovery
The discovery process starts with a kick-off call where we will get into the nitty-gritty of your goals, what the deliverables are that I’ll be creating and I’ll familiarize you with my process.

3. Research & Branding
During the Research & Branding phase, I’ll be interviewing some of your clients to understand their needs when it comes to your website. This stage wraps up when you approve the mood board and color palette that I send you. Up to 3 rounds of revisions are included in this process.

4. Design
In the Design phase, I get to work building a prototype of your website. I’ll send the prototype to you for feedback. Up to 3 rounds of revisions are included in this process. Once you approve the design, I’ll get to work building out the actual site.

5. Build
During the build phase, you may not hear much from me because I’ll be busy coding your site, making sure it is accessible and has great SEO. Once the site is built, I’ll send you a link to approve.

6. Launch
Upon final approval of the build, we will launch your site!

Hi there!
This is me with my darling dog, Hope.
I am an efficiency nerd, web designer, and conceptual artist. I started my career as a UI/UX designer in New York City. I have 20 years of experience teaching a wide range of learners from higher education to kindergarten in the United States and abroad. So you know I will explain things clearly!
I am the founder of Expansive Media, a digital marketing agency that works exclusively with compassionate businesses. I combine my strategic thinking, tech and art skills through Expansive Media. My passion for well-being and community is channeled into working with clients who make the world a better place.
So you can rest easy that my design work is top-notch, here’s a bit about formal qualifications. I have a MFA in Art + Design from the University of Michigan and a BFA in Studio Art from the University of Nebraska. I’ve even taught at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, the top-ranked art school in the U.S.! I am really proud that many of my students have gone on to create successful businesses.

+ How long does it take?
I schedule 1 month for each website. It is important that you respond promptly when I send you materials for review. If you do not respond within 48 hours your project will be delayed and pushed to the bottom of the list.
+ Is copywriting included in the website package?
No. You have 2 options for copywriting. First, I have a cohort of copywriters I work with who can write amazing copy for you! It is totally worth the investment. Or secondly, I have a copywriting workbook (it’s really good!) and guided meditation mini-course that you can purchase separately to help you draft the copy for your website.
+ Is there a monthly maintenance fee once the website is live?
Nope. It is all yours. You just need to pay the hosting and domain fees.
+ Can I hire you to make changes to my website later?
Absolutely! Minor changes in the first two weeks after launch are complimentary. After that time period, we can work on an hourly rate or project basis.
